“Having played under all 4 recent USA National Team coaches--Toshi Yoshida, Jenny Lang Ping, Hugh McCutcheon and Karch Kiraly--I feel privileged to have gleaned from some of the best minds in volleyball. I know I can help you hone your skills so you can feel more confident going into tryouts, summer tournaments or whatever awaits you!”
~Tracy (Stalls) Insalaco
In my 12 year elite indoor career, I was the athlete who always asked "Why?"
I wanted to understand the philosophy and benefit of what was being taught. This helped me replicate and fully buy in to my coach's direction, and has equipped me today to be a thoughtful teacher of the whole game.
My specialties within that broad scope are primarily intermediate to advanced level players, including hitting, blocking, passing, serving, defense & non-setter setting. See more about my background HERE.

Strength in Numbers!
My love for the beach volleyball game began on the shores of Huntington Beach, California. The transition from indoor to sand was strange, yet the freedom to play and value of ALL the skills of the game brought this indoor middle blocker, who always loved to set and pass and defend, immense joy!
Now in Colorado, I love competing at the top level in summer mountain tournaments, when I have time, and am happy to pass on the joy of this great game to young athletes.
